Export mind maps in four formats

Overview

Four export formats available via the Export dropdown menu. Each format serves a different purpose.

PNG Export

High-resolution 2x canvas export for crisp rendering on any screen. Background color matches your current theme (light or dark). Good for presentations, documents, and social media sharing.

SVG Export

Vector format that scales to any size without quality loss. Includes all CSS styling and proper viewBox. Good for embedding in web pages, print materials, and further editing in vector tools like Illustrator.

HTML Export

Standalone interactive HTML file. Includes all required JavaScript (D3 and markmap-view) loaded from CDN. Opens in any browser with full zoom, pan, and fold/unfold interactivity. Good for sharing self-contained interactive mind maps.

Markdown Export

Raw source text saved as a .md file. Good for backup, version control, and importing into other markdown editors or tools.

Choosing the Right Format

PNG for quick image sharing. SVG for print and web embedding. HTML for interactive sharing. Markdown for archival and portability.
